Strongg Women was founded by health and wellness experts who saw the frustration women face by the lack of evidence-based, women-specific health content online. Too much of what exists is either overly medicalized, dangerously unscientific, or written by people who have never worked with real patients.
We built this platform to be different: rigorous enough to satisfy a clinician, accessible enough to help a woman understand what's happening in her own body.

Four principles guide everything we publish.
Every claim we make is backed by peer-reviewed research. We cite our sources and update articles when new evidence emerges.
Most nutrition research has historically excluded women, especially those in perimenopause. We specifically seek out and highlight research on women over 40.
Our affiliate relationships never influence our editorial recommendations. We only recommend products we have independently evaluated.
We clearly disclose all affiliate relationships, potential conflicts of interest, and the limitations of the evidence we present.
Every article on Strongg Women draws from decades of expertise from credentialed registered medical and wellness professionals.
Female Pattern Hair Loss Researcher
Dr. Ramos is a leading dermatologist whose comprehensive research on female pattern hair loss treatments has shaped modern therapeutic approaches. Her 2023 publication 'Female pattern hair loss: therapeutic update' is a definitive guide to evidence-based treatments and has been instrumental in our hair loss protocol development.
Microbiome & Menopause Researcher
Dr. Barrea's groundbreaking 2023 research on probiotics and prebiotics in menopause-related health has directly influenced our gut health protocols. Her work highlighting the pivotal role of microbiota in postmenopausal women's health, particularly calcium absorption and metabolic function, guides our supplement recommendations.
Skin Aging & Estrogen Researcher
Dr. Lephart's 2026 comprehensive overview of aging, skin health, estrogen, and menopause provides the scientific foundation for our skin health protocols. His research on how estrogen influences collagen production and skin aging has been essential to developing our age-specific skincare and supplementation recommendations.
Topics are chosen based on reader questions, emerging research, and clinical relevance to women over 40. We do not accept sponsored topic requests.
Articles are written by registered dietitians using primary sources (PubMed, Cochrane Reviews, clinical guidelines). We prioritize systematic reviews and RCTs over anecdotal evidence.
Every article is reviewed by credentialed experts before publication. We use a structured checklist to verify accuracy, balance, and appropriate caveats.
We review and update articles at least annually, or immediately when significant new research is published. Update dates are clearly shown on every article.
Our content is informed by peer-reviewed research and clinical studies. Here are some of the key publications that have influenced our recommendations.
